This project came as a result of winning together with Siemens a tender held by Telefónica with the aim to design the new domestic phone for the Spanish and South American markets. It was the first time that the company intended to create a range that comprised the corded and the DECT phone. The design reflects our intention to update its image and use, getting closer to the language of mobile phones though keeping an eye on its own set of requirements which included a long life span and many diverse users in the same environment.
